You see them advertised all the time, Wholesaler and Dropshipper Lists. These are lists of product wholesalers and dropshippers which include their addresses, phone numbers, web addresses and any other information that enable prospective sellers to contact them and sell their products for a nice profit. Some lists are very good, but many are merely a collection of copied information and dead links. You may find on many of these so-called Best Wholesale List! lists, many of the links are either dead or the wholesaler is not even a wholesaler, but rather a retailer posing as a wholesaler to attract clients to their business. The bottom line is the pricing, if that wholesaler can provide items at a price way below retail, then they are most probably a wholesaler and not a fake. If you gepare the pricing, you can get an average of what that particular item is going for and that will tell you whether that business is an actual wholesaler or not.
For example: we were researching a prospective wholesaler who was selling iPods, their price for an iPod Nano was the same price as on the Apple web site...so who would you rather buy from? An unknown wholesaler, or direct from Apple? We would opt for Apple!
Don't be fooled into thinking that if a vendor can provide products at a great price, they are a legitimate wholesaler. We have researched others that are scammers. One in particular stated they sell Sony PSPs for around $115 USD, which is pretty much unheard of. After further investigation, they turned out to be nothing more than an overseas scammer located in Italy. So watch out for the too good to be true deals, you know how the saying goes....if it seems too good to be true, it usually is!
Many lists you see for sale for only $1.99, or even 99 cents. These are what we call the resold junk lists. These are usually lists that the seller has purchased from someone else, saved some of the information if it was useful, and are now reselling the list. These lists are the ones that are very poorly put together, have many dead links, contain primarily retailers posing as wholesalers, and/or contain vendors that require a high dollar amount or high quantity order. A junk list, pretty much useless all around, if you want to throw your money away, give it to charity. ;)We're not saying that ALL lists that you see for $24.99 and higher are good, but for the majority they are much better than any $1.99 list.
Another thing about dealing with wholesalers and dropshippers especially is product availability. That is why it is a good practice to have several sources available for the products you resell, if one vendor is out, you can get it from another that has it in stock. So the issue now is keeping your sources plentiful so you will always be able to provide those items for your buyers, which means that you have to stay on top of the wholesaler/dropshipper market. This usually involves a lot of research and maybe even purchasing more up-to-date wholesaler/dropshipper lists. It's all part of the business, staying on top of things will help you stay on top of your gepetition. So how do you find the best sources of information?
We (HawleyTronics) provide something that is unique to the wholesale/dropship gemunity...a DYNAMIC wholesaler/dropshipper list. What does dynamic have to do with a wholesale list?...well first, let's make sure you understand the meaning of DYNAMIC and STATIC...
* DYNAMIC: Characterized by continuous change, activity, or progress. * STATIC: Not changeable or subject to change.
We have extensive experience in the technology market, as well as years of experience in programming, so we put the two together and came up with a great program that makes finding a good wholesaler or dropshipper much easier for the end user. We created DynaList (Dynamic Wholesale/Dropshipper List), a software program that connects the end-user to a dynamic, constantly updated, live, online database of legitimate wholesalers and dropshippers.
We research pontential wholesale and dropship gepanies and weed-out the scammers, dead sites and fakes. Leaving the end user with the best sources available. Each time you run DynaList, it accesses our current Wholesaler/Dropshipper online database, which is updated very frequently. Many lists found on okay and other auction sites cost more and are STATIC, meaning that they are the same each and every time you open them. DynaList provides the end user with the most up-to-date list from which they can search and select their desired vendor(s). To find a distributor all you have to do is click on your chosen category. In an instant you'll see the suppliers listed for that category, and with one more click, you are brought directly to their website.
So if this sounds like something that may benefit you, be sure to check out our auction items as we usually have DynaList listed there!
P.S.- The best thing about DynaList is you only pay one price, it is NOT a subscription service!
