What is a Convertible Shoe?Well, it is a shoe that uses interchangeable tops, straps or snaps to 'convert' its looks into a gepletely new shoe! Kat's Boutiquecarries two convertible shoe lines - Switchflops by Lindsay Phillipsand Onesole by Dominique Barteet. With each line, you choose the sole you like and then add as many tops, straps or snaps as you'd like.For Switchflops - There are five styles of Flip Flop type soles that interchange with their strap Collection. The Lulu is a flat heeled, typical style flip flop and gees in several colors such as black, zebra print, brown, navy, navy print, pink peace, pink ribbon, pink zebra and tan. The Taylor is a Wedge Heeled flip flop style in black, brown or white scroll. The Missy is a dressy wedge available in Bronze. The Emma is a dressy wedge in Black and the Lily is a dressy kitten heel version available in black or Cork design. All of these styles are available in sizes 5 - 11. Kat'sBoutique does not keep every style and size in stock but we're happy to special order whatever you'd like.Switchflops also now carries a line of soles that are converted with Snap On decorations. These soles include: The Evie Espadrille (in black or white gold), The Jordi, which is a flat, light weight flip-flop, (in green, pink, black, yellow, stone or blue), and The Liz (in leopard, black or white gold).The other brand of shoes that I carry in my okay store Kat's Boutiqueare the Onesole line designed by Dominique McClain Barteet. The onesoles also offer a variety of soles but the tops snap onto the shoe and form either a slide, a mule, a clog or a slingback style shoe - depending on which top you choose. OneSoles range from 1.5" wedge to a 5" Diva Heel and can even be customized with your photo or monogram on the tops.
